Rémy Betgen has been an attorney since 2017 and has been working at (the legal predecessor of) ITL Attorneys Netherlands since 2019. Since 2022, Rémy has been a senior attorney.
At ITL Attorneys, Rémy focuses mainly on administrative law and civil cases. In this context, Rémy advises transport companies on compliancy with (European) laws and regulations and assists clients with road and company inspections. Furthermore, clients can contact Rémy with cases concerning commercial disputes and liability.
Pursuant to Article 35b, first paragraph, of the Legal Profession Regulations (Regeling op de Advocatuur), Rémy Betgen is registered in the register of legal areas (rechtsgebiedenregister) of the Dutch Bar Association in the following main (and sub) legal areas:

On the basis of this registration, the lawyer is obliged to obtain ten training points every calendar year in each registered main legal area in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
